Now it’s too late to order from anywhere else. This is disgusting service and I wish I hadn’t ordered from here. I stated that it was a very special day and they did not care and ended up finishing the call before I even stopped speaking. They blamed me for not answering my call and said they will not deliver and nothing they can do. Thirdly, when I called the customer service was horrible. I read the terms and conditions and it does not state that if the delivery service is unable to courier my cupcakes they will cancel my order. they stated the delivery service was at capacity and was unable to deliver. Secondly when I called back, they didn’t mention about flavours. They asked the recipient about my flavour choices as I apparently didn’t select any. Firstly, they rang the recipient not me about my order which ruined the surprise. I ordered a box of cupcakes today as a surprise for someone as today was a special day. We give cakes and pastries we have eaten thumbs-up. The pastry cream or creme patissiere must be flavoured by vanilla pod, light yellow colout, and slightly thick and not runny. The filling is a real test of a good Vanilla slice. Babka is made of a rich brioche dough, light and not not doughy like normal bread. This is the first time I have Chocolate Babka Isreali. The filling looks baked cheese cake, but in fact it is almond meal. The Raspberry Friand is a bit sweet for me. A couple of quiches can be a meal for the day. The quiches have good amount of vegetable fillings, baked with the smooth savoury custard in the pastry case. If a passer-by does not know about its product will not stop and check out this gem. The window display is a bit of disappointment. They also combine flavours such as panna cotta fig & amaretto biscuits and yogurt and carmel, as well as serving you exotic flavours from all over the world such as pandan or lychee with coconut! Love their classic gelato flavours which are not so classic, and are consistently tasty. My favourite gelatery of all time, and you can easily spot them at different locations across Melbourne!
